Slow Down Yoga — a gentle yoga class with elements of yin yoga, fascia release, breathwork, and mindfulness. Designed especially for beginners, this practice embraces a slow, mindful pace, allowing you to honor your body's unique needs.

Most poses are done seated or lying down, creating an environment that encourages the nervous system to unwind and explore deep relaxation.

How to prepare for the class:

Wear a warm long-sleeve or hoodie, socks, and comfortable clothes. Have your last meal at least an hour before the class to avoid practicing on a full stomach. This practice is suitable for every stage of your yoga journey, whether you're a regular practitioner seeking a calming complementary session or you are just starting out, curious about all the buzz around yoga, or simply feeling stressed, tense, and in need of a moment to "switch off"

All essential yoga props, including yoga mats, are provided. After the yoga class, warm herbal tea is always served.


Please be on time, the door will be locked at 8 pm and there won't be a possibility to join afterward.

What to expect:

  • no photos or videos during the practice
