  • The courses include a blend of gentle yoga flows and calming breathwork techniques, promoting relaxation, self-compassion, and overall well-being.

  • Absolutely! 'Gentle Morning' is designed for all levels, including beginners. We explore soft and mindful movement with our compassion to our bodies. Doing less and seeing how it feels.

  • Nope! Just grab a comfy spot, maybe a yoga mat or blanket, and get ready for some gentle moves. No fancy gear required.

  • Once you sign up, you'll have lifetime access. So, you can revisit these gentle morning sessions whenever you need a calming start to your day.

  • Unfortunately, the practices are not suitable for pregnant individuals.

  • Please consult with your healthcare provider before signing up. I always invite you to give 50% of what you can do, but sometimes injuries require us to give 100% to resting and recovery. If you are not sure, send me a message :)
