Slow Down Yoga — a gentle yoga class with elements of yin and restorative yoga, fascia release, breathwork, and mindfulness. Designed especially for beginners, this practice embraces a slow, mindful pace, allowing you to notice and honor your body's unique needs.

What to expect:


  • gentle pace

  • mix of yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork

  • seated or lying down poses

  • no photos or videos during the practice

How to prepare for the class:


Wear a warm long-sleeve or hoodie, socks, and comfortable clothes. Have your last meal at least an hour before the class to avoid practicing on a full stomach.

This practice is great for every stage of your yoga journey, whether you're a regular practitioner seeking a calming complementary session or you are just starting out, curious about all the buzz around yoga. It’s also your space if you are or simply feeling stressed, tense, and in need of a moment to "switch off".

This class is not suitable for pregnant students.

All essential yoga props, including yoga mats, are provided. Before and after the class, warm herbal tea is always served.
