deep rest sessions


Yoga nidra practice, known as NDSR (non-sleep-deep-rest). It’s a guided meditation that takes you between sleeping and being awake. It’s the sweet spot of total relaxation, which supports calming of nervous system.

the soft flow bundle

weekly sessions with your team providing movement and relaxation

  • 70 mins session that combines breathing practice with dynamic movement and deep relaxation at the end

  • 20 mins session that includes: gentle stretches at your chair / mindfulness exercise / breathing practice / back care

  • 10-12 mins recorded mp3 with guided relaxation that can be played at any time

All classes are live streamed through zoom. Each practice is recorded and shared with the team instantly.

Every practice is tailored to be beginner friendly, but depending on the team’s needs we can modify the flows accordingly.
